Indian Railways : 24*7 Ready to help Citizen [ Social Media Impact ]

Current era of Social-Media communication, making big impact towards solving citizen-grievances. Excellent response from "Indian Railways Team" towards helping people in need as well as assuring implementation on useful suggestions.

With such an effective & frequent response team; if we (passengers) also understand our responsibilities & make sure "Cleanliness" inside train while travelling as well as follow "Railway Rules"; we can surely change "Indian Rail" !!
